February 12, 2023 - The Wedding

The first sign Jesus gives is at a wedding, where he turns water into wine.  Jesus takes ordinary water and makes it into the best wine.  Jesus takes something ordinary and makes it celebratory, even sacred.  Jesus shows us that in the new creation, there will be more than enough. Are there messages for us in our world from this wedding from long ago? Today's reading is from John 2:1-11
